杭州第19届亚运会（The 19th Asian Games）又称“2022年杭州亚运会”，是继1990年北京亚运会、2010年广州亚运会之后，中国第三次举办亚洲最高规格的国际综合性体育赛事。
2022年7月19日，亚洲奥林匹克理事会宣布原定于2022年9月10日至25日举行的杭州2022年第19届亚运会于2023年9月23日至10月8日举行，赛事名称和标志保持不变。
杭州亚运会竞赛项目设置为：40个大项，61个分项，481个小项。40个竞赛大项包括31个奥运项目和9个非奥运项目，同时，在保持40个大项目不变的前提下，增设电子竞技、霹雳舞两个竞赛项目，杭州亚运会将诞生481块金牌。
杭州亚运会以“中国新时代·杭州新亚运”为定位、“中国特色、亚洲风采、精彩纷呈”为目标，秉持“绿色、智能、节俭、文明”的办会理念，坚持“杭州为主、全省共享”的办赛原则。
2023年4月25日起，为期三天的杭州亚运会代表团团长大会在杭州举行，亚洲45个国家和地区的奥委会代表参会。 6月15日，杭州亚运会倒计时100天，亚运会火种在杭州良渚古城遗址公园大莫角山成功采集到；同日，杭州亚运会奖牌在“湖山”发布 [187-188]。6月29日，杭州亚运会第二次世界媒体大会成果发布在杭州国际博览中心召开。
7月，杭州亚运会运动员报名圆满结束，亚奥理事会45个国家（地区）奥委会均已报名，运动员人数达到12500多名，报名规模创历届之最。
2023年9月23日晚，杭州第19届亚运会开幕式在浙江省杭州市隆重举行。国家主席习近平出席开幕式。
